摘　　要：本文从社会对物流人才的需求出发,阐述了目前物流人才培养存在的弊端,对高职院校物流人才培养的方式方法进行了探讨。The logistics talents requirement in the society is analyzed. The weak points of current talents training are discussed. And the methods of developing those talents in higher vocational colleges are put forward.
