摘  要:以CaO-MgO-SiO2玻璃为烧结助剂,用液相烧结法制备了物质的量分数为3%氧化钇稳定四方氧化锆陶瓷(3Y-TZP)。研究了烧结助剂对材料致密化、显微结构、相组成及力学性能的影响。结果表明:烧结助剂的引入显著降低了材料的烧结温度,使材料具有细晶显微结构,并对材料的相组成产生影响,同时也使材料具有良好的力学性能。材料的力学性能主要与其致密化程度有关,在最佳条件下,材料的抗弯强度和断裂韧性可分别达到691MPa和6.6MPa.m1/2。3% (mass ratio) yttria stabilized tetragonal zirconia polycrystals (3Y-TZP) was prepared by liquid phase sintering with the addition of CaO-MgO-SiO2 glass as sintering additive. Effects of sintering additive on the densification, microstructure, phase composition and mechanical properties of 3Y-TZP were investigated. The results show that the sintering temperature was greatly reduced after the introduction of CaO-MgO-SiO2 glass, and fine grain microstructure was produced. Influence of sintering additive on the phase composition was also observed. Better mechanical properties were obtained, which were associated with the densification. Bending strength of 691MPa and fracture toughness of 6.6MPa.m^1/2 were achieved under the optima/preparation condition.
