摘  要:应用CATIA软件对某车架进行了CAD建模,使用Hypermesh软件对车架进行了网格划分,利用MSC.Patran/Nastran有限元分析软件对车架进行了自由模态分析,并通过实验方法进行了相应的实验验证,分析了该车架的前十阶固有频率及振型特征,使摩托车的结构在设计中尽量避免共振和噪声,加强其稳定性、舒适性,为车架的改进设计提供了理论依据。In this paper, the CAD model of a 200 motorcycle flame is modeled with CATIA,The model is meshed with Hypermesh.Based on the finite element model, the free model analysis is done with MSC.PA TRAN/NASTRAN,Enperimental modal analysis is carried out with vibration analysis system and used to validate the FEA results. Finally, we analyse the frame's former seven natural frequerwies and correspond mode shapes, so that the resonance and noise will be avoided during the design of the motocycle frame.It will strengthen the stability, comfortability and security of the motocycle.It also supplies foundation in theory to improve design of the frame.
