电信产业链整合模式探析

摘　　要：本文从电信产业链的概念入手,通过对当前电信运营商产业链整合策略的分析,将其抽象为两种整合模式:虚拟一体化模式和虚拟一体化+内部一体化模式。并认为,前者是产业链整合的根本模式,后者则代表着未来电信产业链整合模式的发展趋势。最后对这两种模式进行了简要的分析。This paper starts with the concept of telecom industry chain, according to the analysis on integration strategies used by today＇s telecom carriers, extracts such integration strategies to two integration modes： virtual corporation mode and virtual corporation plus incorporation mode. And, considers the former mode to be the primary mode of integration of industry chain, the latter mode to represent the trend of integration mode of industry chain in future. In the end, analyzes these two modes briefly.
