摘　　要：对青海省体育教师职后教育培训的形式和途径、课程设置、评价体系和管理机制进行研究,并提出相应建议:转变思想观念,加强体育教师职后教育培训工作;拓宽培训渠道,鼓励体育教师积极参加职后教育;集思广益,根据教学需要设置培训课程。The paper researches into the forms, the curricular arrangements, the assessment system and the management system of the in-service training of the P. E teachers in Qinghai province from the perspectives of the unique geographic features and humanistic environments of Qinghai province. It also proposes improvement measures,i, e. , transferring ideology and reinforcing the in-service training of the P. E teachers; enriching the training methods and encouraging the participation of the teachers;arranging the courses on the basis of the teaching requirements and the teachers＇ ideas and suggestions.
