摘　　要：针对当前高职毕业生缺乏创业能力和就业竞争力现状,我们应创立适应市场需求的教学模式;建立学校与相关企业的合作关系;打破旧的思维习惯,建立动态的培养目标和人才标准。通过一支过硬的双师型教师队伍,培养出高素质的人才。In vocational colleges, because of the graduates＇ lack of ability to initiate business and lack of employment competitiveness, the teaching model that can meets the need of the market should be adopted and the cooperative relation between the college and relative enterprises be established. Likewise, old thinking pattern should be broken and dynamic cultivation aim and new talent standards be set up. Only by this way, can high- quality talents be trained.
