摘　　要：在分析OPC自动化接口规范和客户端程序开发方法的基础上,设计了一个能实现OPC DA客户端与服务器通信的ActiveX控件,并对控件的可视界面、基本的属性、方法、事件、属性页及关键技术做了详细的设计.该控件在武汉航道工程局铺排船自动化监控系统中实现了上位机与下位PLC控制系统的数据通信,克服了过去根据PLC通信协议开发的驱动程序通用性不强的缺点,并且简化了驱动程序的开发过程,使代码得到了最大化的重用,通信可靠稳定.An ActiveX control is designed which could realize communication between OPC DA client and server based on analyzing OPC automation interface specification and the development method of client. The ActiveX Control＇s visual interface, basic properties, methods, events, property pages and crucial techniques are particularly designed. The control could realize communication between upper computer and lower position PLC control system in the automation monitoring system of project ship of Wuhan sea route engineering bureau; overcome the weakness of universality of driver which was designed by communication protocol of PLC in the past. The developing process of drivers is simplified, and most of codes can be reused. Then the communication is credible and stable. It has important application value and very high perspective.
