摘　　要：简要介绍了莱钢棒材厂成立以来,为尽快的达到“三统一”要求,结合QES管理体系运行方面中存在的问题,为提高棒材厂整合后质量管理水平,将原来的单一化管理不断向立体化管理推进,最终构建了质量管理立体化模型。Since its founding,the Bar Plant of Laiwu Steel,has kept pushing original simplification management forward towards space management and finally built up the space model for quality and management,in order to reach the requirement of ＂three unities＂, in light of the problems in QES management system running,elevating the quality management level after its restructuring.
