摘　　要：校内IT项目实践作为该校计算机科学与技术专业的“3+1”培养模式的一个重要的组成部分,起着承上启下的作用,无论从学生的发展、社会的需求、学生的管理、学科体系还是教师队伍的建设考虑都是必要的;从领导的重视和支持、指导教师、时间、设备还是教学文件方面看都是可行的;在实施时采取事前准备、事中检查监督、事后总结3步进行。IT item practice in university is an important part of the ＂3 ＋ 1＂ training mode of the speciality of computer science and technology. It is necessary to the development and management of students, the need of society, the subject system, and the construction of teachers team. It is feasible from leaders＇ support, teacher, time, equpment and teaching information. Preparing beforehand, checking in, summing afterwards are the three steps of its operating course.
