摘　　要：CT灌注成像不仅能够反映组织的形态学特点,而且可以反映其血流动力学等方面的特征,在肿瘤性病变中应用广泛。在乳腺肿瘤中的应用虽处于起步阶段,但在乳腺肿瘤的诊断与鉴别诊断、治疗监测、疗效评价、预后评估等方面有较高的应用价值。本文就CT灌注成像技术的基本原理及其在乳腺肿瘤中的应用价值作一综述。CT perfusion imaging, which perfectly combines anatomical imaging with physiological information, is of great value for diagnosis of breast tumor, assessment of prognosis and monitoring therapy in clinical application. In this article the basic principles of CT perfusion and the value of clinical application in breast tumor diseases are reviewed.
