摘  要:诱处4号是—个“超高产”大豆新品系,2年4个试验点平均亩产305.85kg。种子蛋白含量较高(47.58%)。人类必须氨基酸含量显著高于其它品种(系),如8101、合丰25等。此外,其常温生长及热激处理的叶片的总RNA与70kDa热激蛋白基因探针P17Northern杂交呈阳性反应。种子贮藏蛋白中含有稳定的SH_1、SH_2、SH_3、SH_4蛋白带,而且经热激和干旱处理的种子,SH_1、SH_2蛋白带有所加强,这可能与诱处4号具有较强的抗高温、干旱及病毒感染的能力有关。Youchu 4 is a super high-yielding soybean line whose record yield is 4587. 8 kg per hectare. Its total seed protein content is 47. 58%. Its content of amino acid necessary to human beings are higher than those of ordinary soybean varieties such as He Feng 25, Youchu 13, 8101, Youchu 5 and Tedali. Furthermore, It shows positive reaction in Northern blot hybridization when the total RNA of its leaves grown under normal temperature and heat shock condition was hybridized with 70 kDa heat shock protein gene probe(P17). The soluble protein were also analysized by SDS-PAGE and it was found that the expression of storage proteins SH1, SH2 are enhanced by stress treatments such as heat shock or desiccation. These results imply that perhaps there might be some associations between the HSPs and heat tolerance, drought tolerance and virus resistance of Youchu 4.
