摘　　要：在高校办学规模不断扩大、师生数量迅猛增长的新形势下,管理育人面临更高的要求和效率。针对高校管理育人工作目前存在的若干问题,必须从转变观念、完善管理制度、建立高素质管理队伍、建立让学生参与管理的有效机制等方面进行改进。With the scale enlargement of the university enrollment of the students and the rapid increase of the staff, the management and cultivation at universities in the new period are confronted with more requirements and high efficiency. This paper discusses the problems and puts forward the countermeasures from the following aspects, i.e. the transformation of management idea, the improvement of management regulation and the construction of management team, the effective mechanism with the participation and management of students, etc.
