摘　　要：【目的】研究中国沿海及内陆两种不同膳食模式对初乳及婴儿脐血血浆磷脂脂肪酸的影响。【方法】收集沿海温州及内陆常州两地配对5 d母初乳及脐血20例及82例进行观察性对照研究,采用高效毛细气相色谱分析技术检测初乳及婴儿脐血血浆中磷脂脂肪酸浓度。【结果】温州组5 d母初乳的脂肪酸中二十二碳六烯酸(docosa-hexaenoic acid,DHA)和二十碳五烯酸(docosapentaenoic acid,EPA)含量高于常州组,而常州组亚油酸(linolenic acid,LA)和α-亚麻酸(-lαinolenic acid,ALA)高于温州组;常州组婴儿脐血中血浆磷脂脂肪酸中LA和ALA高于温州组,而温州组中EPA高于常州组。【结论】两地5 d母初乳及脐血血浆磷脂脂肪酸中脂肪酸的差异,反映了其与母亲长期膳食结构的相关性。[Objective] To investigate the two different dietary types, the maritime city dietary type and the internal city dietary type, influence on the concentrations of the phospholipids fatty acids in the colostrum and the plasma of the umbilical cord. [ Methods] Twenty colostrum and neonatal infants paired umbilical cord plasma phospholipids from Wenzhou, Zhejiang province and eighty-two corresponding paired samples from Changzhou, Jiangsu province were collected for observational study. All the samples were analyzed by high performance gas chromatography technique. [Results] The docosahexaenoic acid （DHA） and eicosapentaenoic acid （EPA） in Changzhou 5d colostrum were lower, while the linolenic acid （LA） and α-linolenic acid （ALA） were higher compare to those in Wenzhou 5d colostrum. Meanwhile, LA and ALA were higher in Changzhou paired neonatal infant umbilical cord plasma phospholipids, while EPA was lower compared to those in Wenzhou neonatal infant umbilical cord plasma phospholipids. [Conclusion] The significant difference in 5d colostrum fatty acids and neonatal infant umbilical cord plasma phospholipids fatty acids between Changzhou and Wenzhou, which mirrored the correlation with the mothers long-term dietary type.
