高频、小位移加速度传感器标定方法研究

摘　　要：在叙述了比较标定方法、绝对标定方法以及两种方法特点的基础上,分析了积分干涉仪用于标定高频、小位移加速度传感器的原理,并对系统构成作了介绍.On the basis of describing the comparative calibration method, absolute calibration method and the characteristics of two methods, the paper analyzed the principle of integral interferometer by using accelerometer with high frequency and small displacement, further, and made introduction to the constitutes of the system.
