摘 要:城市生活垃圾气化熔融技术以其无害化、减量化和资源化优势,成为极具发展潜力的新一代废弃物处理技术。为开发该技术在我国应用的适宜工艺,采用TG-DSC热分析仪,研究了不同终温、升温速率、气氛和含水率下我国城市生活垃圾典型有机混合物的热解特性。研究结果显示,我国采用该技术处理城市生活垃圾,气化温度应控制在600℃-650℃;升温速率、实际空气量与理论燃烧空气量的当量比以及物料含水率是该技术工艺的重要影响参数,应合理控制,以期获得较高的气化效率。The gassification and melting incineration Technology of municipal solid waste (MSW) will be a new technology with great potential due to its harmfulness, quantity reduction, and reclaimation. In order to develop a suitable process for its application in our country, the pyrolysis property of typical organic components in MSW of our country has been studied by using a TG- DSC thermal analyser under condition of different final temperatures, temperature rise rates, atmospheres, and water contents. The results of study, show that the temperature of gassification should be controlled to 600℃ ; 650℃, the important technological parameters, such as the temperature rise rate, the equivalence ratio between practical air flow and theoritical combustion air, and the water content in materials, are affecting factors to determine the officiency of using said process in our country, needing suitably to control for obtaining higher efficiency of gassification.
