摘  要:一个国家的进步和发展,是靠资源、靠资本、靠科技;然而,更重要的是靠教育、靠人才的培养。同样,作为朝阳行业的物流产业的发展,也离不开人才的培养。不同的企业有不同的人才需求观,具体企业不同的岗位和职能部门也同样需要不同层次和规格的人才。高职物流专业就是培养高级物流技能型人才,如何做到在人才培养上适销对路,并且成为企业信赖的人才“加工厂”,这是值得研究和探讨的问题。A country's progress and development largely depend on resources, capital, along with science and technology, However, the more important thing is education, the training of personnel. Similarly, the development of the logistics industry, like the rising sun, it all has to do with the training of personnel. Different enterprise possesses its own requirement to their employees; departments of different positions and functions require their workers to be qualified at different levels and specifications at the same time. Vocational training is to educate the senior logistics professional skills. To train a qualified worker and become the "factory of personnel" for the enterprise is a significant problem worthy of study and discussion.
