艾亚林治疗智齿冠周炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 评价艾亚林治疗智齿冠周炎的临床疗效。方法 选择门诊智齿冠周炎患者196例，按临床症状不同分为不口服抗生素组（A组）和口服抗生素组（B组），2组分别采用随机单盲对照法，实验组（A1、B1）用艾亚林放于盲袋中1次，对照组（A2、B2）用碘甘油放于盲袋中，每日1次，疗程3～7d，观察艾亚林治疗智齿冠周炎的临床效果。结果A组和B组中艾亚林组与碘甘油组（A1和A2、B1和B2）疗效的优良率无显著性差异（P〉0．05），在总有效率中艾亚林组与碘甘油组有差异（P〈0．05），艾亚林组疗效优于碘甘油组。结论临床应用艾亚林治疗智齿冠周炎，可以有效地改善临床症状，提高治疗效果。Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of minocline in treating pericornitis. Methods 196 patients with pericoronifis were selected, and randomly divided into two groups according to the clinical symptoms. Group A did not take antibiotic by oral, and group B took antibiotic by oral. The experimental groups （A1, B1 ） used minocline in the deep soft tissue pocket , and the control group（A2, B2） used iodine glycerol once per day in the pocket for 3-7 days. The clinical effects of minocline were evaluated. Results No significant difference was observed between group minocline and group iodine glycerol in group A and group B（ P 〉 0.05）.However, the total effects between group iodine Glycerol and group minocline had significant difference. Group minocline has better clinical effects than group iodine glycerol（ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Clinical application of minocline in treating pericoronitis can effectively improve the clinical symptom and clinical effects.
