摘  要:[目的]了解产自河南的蜂胶对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌作用。[方法]采用琼脂平板扩散法,将实验分为8个不同pH组(蜂胶浓度31%),以及在pH6.5下设置10个不同浓度组即将31%蜂胶溶液倍比稀释至0.0621%(1︰512)及空白组(0%),每组3次重复,每张滤纸片(直径6mm)滴加蜂胶溶液7μl,记录蜂胶对金黄色葡萄球菌24h的抑菌效果。[结果]随pH增加,河南蜂胶对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌活性呈阶段性减弱。随浓度降低,对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌活力减弱,在pH6.5下,产生抑菌环的最小浓度为0.1242%(即实验剂量为8.47μg)。[结论]河南蜂胶对金黄色葡萄球菌有明显的抑菌活性。[Objective] To observe and investigate the antibacterial activity of propolis collected from Henan province against staphylococcus aureus. [ Methods] Plates smeared with S. aureus were designed with eight different pH of the culture medium and ten different concentrations of propolis for antibacterial test, with the dosage of 7 μl of sample was used in each testing plate, finally the antibacterial ring in each group was measured and recorded after 24 hours. [ Results] Diameters (in ram) of antibacterial ring in each pH group (i.e.5.0, 5.5, 6.0, 6.5, 7.0, 7.5, 8.0 and 8.5) weir oMerly recorded as follows: 24.25 ± 1.06, 18.33 ± 3.01, 18.75 ± 2.47, 18.33 ± 1.53, 15.33 ± 1.15, 15.33±0.08, 16.00 ±1.32, 11.75 ± 0.43. Diameters in each concentration group (i.e.15.50%, 7.75%, 3.875%, 1.9875%. 0.9937%, 0.4968%, 0.2484%, 0.1242%, 0.0621% and 0.0%) were: 13.83 ± 0.58, 11.00 ±0.50, 10.33 ± 0.63, 9.00 ± 0.00, 7.83 ±0.76, 7.00 ± 0.50, 6.22 ±0.03, 6.12 ± 0.03, 0.0 ± 0.0, 0.0 ± 0.0 respectively. [ Conclusion] The antibacterial activity against S. aureus of propolis collected from Henan province declines along with the increase of pH or the decrease of concentration, and the concentration of 0.1242% is the MIC (minimum inhibition concentration) in the study.
