女性生殖系统横纹肌肉瘤中C-myc和ERK1表达特征及相关性的初步探讨

摘　　要：[目的]研究横纹肌肉瘤组织中ERK1和C-myc的表达特征及其相关性。[方法]采用免疫组化SP法,对17例女性生殖系统横纹肌肉瘤石蜡标本中ERK1和C-myc的表达进行检测。[结果]C-myc在横纹肌肉瘤组织中高表达率为70.59%;在组织学分级Ⅲ级的肿瘤中C-myc的高表达率为71.43%,Ⅰ级为33.33%(P﹤0.05)。ERK1在横纹肌肉瘤中呈现低表达,低表达率为29.41%,与正常横纹肌组织低表达差异无统计学意义。横纹肌肉瘤中C-myc与ERK1的表达无相关性(P﹥0.05)。[结论]C-myc在横纹肌肉瘤中普遍高表达,并与肿瘤组织学分级和预后相关;在横纹肌肉瘤中,C-myc的表达可能不依赖Ras-MAPK途径调控。[ Objective ]To study the expressions and con＇elations of C-myc and ERK1 in Rhabdomyosarcoma. [ Methods] Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expressions of C-myc and ERKI in 17 cases of Rhabdomyosarcoma from female genital system. [ Results] The high expression rate of C-myc in Rhabdomyosarcoma was 70.59%. In histological grade-Ⅲ and grade- Ⅰ tumors, the high expression rate of C-myc was 71.43% and 33.33%, respectively （P 〈 0.05） . Expression of ERK1 in RMS was generally low, with the low expression rate of 29.41%, but it was not statistically different compared with normal skeletal muscle tissue （P 〉 0.05） .The correlation of C-myc and ERK1 wash ＇t statistically significant. [Conclusion] The expression of C-myc is widely high in Rhabdomyosarcoma of female genital system, and the high expression has relationship with tumor＇s histological grade and prognosis. In Rhabdomyosarcoma, the expression of C-myc is independent of RasMAPK pathway.
