大型医院手术室护理人力配置方法初探

摘　　要：[目的]为了科学合理地利用护理人力资源,适应医学模式的转变,服务于人民群众的健康需求。[方法]收集我院2005年1￣6月住院部手术数据,计算手术护士的跟台时间,计算所需手术护理人员。[结果]评估期间包含22名进修护士在内总体负荷率为91.9%。[结论]现有手术量的情况下,需要增加手术护士8名。[Objective] To use the nurse resources scientifically and appropriately, cater to the change of medical model, and serve for the health of people. [Methods] Operation data from January to June in 2005 of the In-patient Department in our hospital were collected. The time nurses spent in the operation and the number of nurses needed in the operation were calculated. [Results] For all nurses including 22 nurses who came to our hospital to practice, the general loading rate was 91.9%. [Conclusion] With present amount of operation, we need 8 more nurses.
