摘　　要：目的探讨三维适形放射治疗老年非小细胞肺癌的疗效和副作用。方法对36例老年非小细胞肺癌患者实施三维适形放射治疗,每次3～6Gy,每周4、5次,总剂量48～60Gy。结果近期疗效:CR:11例(30.6%),PR:19例(52.8%),NC:5例(13.9%),PD1例(2.8%),RR30例(83.3%)。1、2和3年生存率分别为69.4%、44.4%和38.9%。结论三维适形放射治疗老年非小细胞肺癌是一种安全、有效的治疗方法。[Objective] To discuss the effect and side effect of three--dimensional eonformal radiotherapy [3DCRT] for non-small cell lung cancer [NSCLC] in the elderly. [Methods] Thirty-six elderly patients were treated by 3DCRT to the dose 48-60Gy （3-6Gy/f, 5flw）. [Results] Complete response was observed in 11 （30.6%） patients, partial response in 19 （52.8%） patients, with the overall response rate of 83.3%. The overaU 1, 2 and 3 year survival rate were 69.4%, 44.4%, and 38.9%. [Conclusions] Three-dimensional eonformal radiotherapy is safe and effective for elderly NSCLC patients.
