摘　　要：为适应生命科学与医学科学的发展和社会卫生保健需求的变化,满足医学领域对高级医学人才的知识和能力结构的新要求,辽宁医学院用细胞生物与遗传学基础课程替代了之前的医用生物学课程。从新课程的教材选择、理论及实验教学内容的确定等方面着手,进行教学改革,具有一定的现实意义。In order to adapt to the development of life science and medical science and the change of social health protection demand and satisfy the new requirement of medical field on higher medical specialized talents＇ knowledge and ability structure, we replace medical biology with cell biology and genetics foundation course, It is of realistic importance to conduct teaching refrom from the choice of teaching materials, the decision of the content of theoretic and experimental teaching.
