摘 要:[目的]了解延边地区朝鲜族人群短串联重复序列(STR)基因座F13 A01的遗传多态性分布,获取相应多态位点的群体遗传学数据.[方法]采用PCR扩增技术及聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳方法,对107名朝鲜族个体的F13 A01 STR基因座等位基因频率进行分析.[结果]在F13 A01基因座中分别检出4种等位基因和9种不同的基因型,分析基因型观察值和期望值,其基因座多态性分布符合Hardy-Weinberg平衡定律;分析遗传指标,杂合度大于0.608,多态信息含量大于0.590,个人识别力及非父排除率分别为0.805,0.300.[结论]F13 A01基因座具有较高的个人识别力、杂合度及多态性信息量,是较理想的遗传标记系统.OBJECTIVE To understand the allele structure and genetic polymorphism at F 13 A 01 short tandem repeats (STR) locus in Korean nationality of Yanbian, and to construct a preliminary database. METHODS The allele frequencies of the F 13 A01 locus in 107 unrelated individuals from the Korean nationality individuals were analyzed by polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (PAGE). RESULTS Four alleles and nine genotypes were observed at F 13 A 01 locus, respectively, and met Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium. The statistical analysis of F 13 A 01 STR locus showed the heterozygosities was more than 0.608, the polymorphic information contents (PIC) was more than 0.590; the power of discrimination (PD) and the power of exclusion (PE) were more than 0.805 and 0.300, respectively. CONCLUSION F 13 A 01 STR locus have high heterozygosity and polymorphic information content, and could provide useful markers for genetic purposes.
