摘 要:针对复杂多股流换热器网络综合与优化问题,提出了基于两股流换热器网络优化与综合的多股流换热器网络优化综合方法,并由此方法得到了多股流换热器网络优化结构。在此基础上,重点分析和讨论了多股流换热器网络的衍生约束优化方法的具体运用。结果表明,多股流换热器的引入能够简化网络并节省投资;与基于两股流换热器网络的优化方法相比,衍生约束方法更具优越性:不仅能保证整体网络的优化指标,而且能兼顾多股流换热器的性能,可以得到更优的网络优化结构。For the integration and optimization of the complex multi-flow heat exchanger network,the optimized integration method of the multi-flow heat exchanger based on the dual-flow heat exchanger network is put forward,and the optimized structure of the multi-flow heat exchanger network is obtained.Based on it,the concrete application of the derivation constraint optimization method of multi-flow heat exchanger network is analyzed and discussed.The results indicate that the introduction of multi-flow heat exchanger can simplify the network and save investment.Compared with the optimized method of dual-flow heat exchanger network,the derivation constraint method is more superior in that it can not only guarantee the optimized index of the whole network,but also give attention to the performance of multi-flow heat exchanger and get the better optimized network structure.
