大剂量甲基强的松龙冲击治疗视神经撕脱的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的评价甲基强的松龙冲击疗法治疗视神经撕脱的疗效。方法甲基强的松龙500mg(10～15mg·kg-1),加入50g·L-1葡萄糖溶液500mL静脉滴注,每日1次,连用3d;3d后改为口服强的松50mg,每日1次,逐渐减量。同时给予辅助药物治疗。结果8眼视神经撕脱患者中视力提高者2眼,均为部分性视神经撕脱且,均在24h内接受大剂量甲基强的松龙冲击治疗。完全性视神经撕脱患者视力均无提高。结论甲基强的松龙冲击疗法治疗部分性视神经撕脱具有一定疗效。Objective To evaluate the curative effect of high-dose methylprednisolone on evulsion of optic nerve. Methods Glu solution （50 g · L^-1, 500 mL） included methylprednisolone（500 mg） was dript through vein（ 10 - 15 mg · kg^-1 ） once a day for 3 days, then the prednisone （50 mg） was taken orally once a day and grad-ally decreased. At the same time,ancillary drugs were given. Results In the 8 patients, the visual acuity improved in 2 eyes with part evulsion of optic nerve, who were treated with high-dose methylprednisolone within 24 hours. All visual acuity in patients with whole evulsion of optic nerve was not improved. Conclusion The high-dose methylprednisolone is effective on treatment of part evulsion of optic nerve.
