益气解毒中药清金得生片诱导人肺腺癌细胞株HSP70表达的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨清金得生片治疗肺腺癌的作用机制。方法采用MTT比色及免疫组织化学染色(SABC)法检测清金得生片药物血清对人肺腺癌细胞株的抑制率及HSP70表达水平。结果清金得生片药物血清能促进人肺腺癌细胞株HSP70表达,并呈药物血清浓度依赖性地抑制人肺腺癌细胞株生长。结论清金得生片可能是通过诱导人肺腺癌细胞株HSP70表达的免疫效应而达到治疗肿瘤作用。Objective It is to explore the functional mechanism of Qingjindesheng tablet on adenocarcinoma of lung. Methods Inhibiting ratio and the level of HSP70 expression of the anthropo-cell strain of lung cancer cultured in the Qingjin- desheng tablet serum were determined by colorimetry （MTT） and immunohistiochemistry staining （SABC）. Results The Qingjindesheng tablet serum could enhance the expression of HSP70 in the anthropo-cel! strain of lung cancer, and could inhibit the proliferation of the anthropo-cell strain, which was related with the concentration of serum drug. Conclusions Inducing the immunological potency of HSP70 may be the pathway of Qingjindesheng tablet＇s effect of anti-tumor.
