摘　　要：教学和科研是高校的两大主要职能,作为大学教师两者都不能偏废。教学是科研的基础,科研是教学的延伸,实现教学与科研互动,教学与科研相长,才能做一名优秀的大学教师。Teaching and scientific research are the two main functions in colleges and universities, so college teachers should not only teach, but also do scientific research. Teaching is the foundation of scientific research, and scientific research is the extension of teaching. Only by realizing the interaction of teaching and scientific research, and the combination of teaching with scientific research, can college teachers be good ones.
