摘　　要：创业过程中的金融支持对创业企业的成长无疑是至关重要的。创业企业的发展特点是很高的经营风险和发展前途的不确定性,需要有效的创业金融体系的支持。天使资金、风险投资、政府及政府系列金融机构的创业金融服务的体系化制度,就是本文所称的现代创业金融体系。完善的创业金融体系是全民创业活跃的催化剂。在金融体系改革中,完善创业金融体系,强化对创业企业的支持,应该是不容忽视的问题。It is no doubt that the financial support in the entrepreneur is the key point for the growth of a new enterprise. The high-risk management and the uncertainty of the further development are the two major characteristics, which need an effective entrepreneur financial system to support. It is the modern entrepreneur financial system so calledin this article that is the angel fund, the venture capital, the government and the government related financial institutions＇ systematic entrepreneur financial system. A consummate financial entrepreneur system will catalyze the whole nation＇ s entrepreneur enthusiasm. In the revolution of the financial system, consummating the entrepreneur financial system and strengthening the support to the entrepreneur enterprise are the two of the significant aspects that no one should neglect.
