摘  要:研究哈尔滨市健身气功.八段锦练习者75天锻炼前后血脂指标的影响,结果表明,习练健身气功.八段锦后,老年男、女的血清TC浓度显著低于锻炼前;老年男、女锻炼后的血清LDL浓度非常显著低于锻炼前;中年男、女锻炼后的血清HDL浓度非常显著高于锻炼前。通过结果分析对健身气功.八段锦的健身效果进行客观评价,使“八段锦”这一养生锻炼的形式更科学、更合理,并进一步提高其健身效果,为改善人民的健康水平发挥更大作用,为全民健身服务,为社会的政治稳定服务。By studying the effects of Health Qigong and Baduanjin on the practicers' blood lipid, we can see that after doing Baduanjin exercises, the concentration of the serum TC and LDL of the old people are evidently lower than before, while the concentration of their serum HDL is remarkably higher than before. By analyzing the research results, the effects of Health Qigong and Baduanjin are evaluated objectively, in order to make the form of Baduanjin more scientific and reasonable and further improve their fitness effects. We can also use the exercises to improve the people's health level, serve for the fitness business of human being and make the society stable.
