摘 要:本研究采用 RNA dot blot,对 p53及 HSU17714基因在12例大肠癌组织及同一病人的正常肠粘膜中的表达情况作配对研究。结果显示:HSU17714基因的表达水平在大肠癌中明显低于在同一病人的正常肠粘膜中,与已知抑癌基因 p53的杂交结果相似。且这12个病例中,病理切片报告均提示为中晚期肿瘤,都发生了不同程度的浸润和转移。因此,我们推测,HSU17714基因可能是一个新的大肠癌候选抑癌基因,可能在大肠癌的发生发展中具有重要的作用。但是,在大肠癌的演进过程中,HSU17714基因的改变是否真正与肿瘤晚期的表型有关,还有待于进一步的研究。The expression of p53 and HSU17714 mRNA in 12 cases of colorectal cancer tissues was studied by RNA dot blot as compared to the noemal tissue.The results showed that the expression level of HSU17714 gene was significantly reduced in colorectal cancer tissue as compared to the sur- rounding normal tissues,just as the result of antioncogene p53.On the other hand,the pathologic ex- amination showed that all of the 12 cases were in their intermediate or late stage Infiltration and metas- tasis had happened in varying degrees.So we guess that the gene HSU17714 must be a candidate an- tioncogene and may play an important role in the pathogenesis of colorectal cancer.However,the rela- tionship between the changes of HSU17714 gene and the phenotype of late stage of colorectal cancer should be studied further.
