35例颅内生殖细胞瘤临床病理分析

摘　　要：报道颅内生殖细胞瘤35例，发生部位以鞍区、松果体区及第三脑室多见，占82．8％（29／35）。其组织学图像与睾丸精原细胞瘤或卵巢无性细胞瘤相似，呈PAS染色阳性，而β-HCG及AFP免疫组织化学染色阴性。组内8例合并其它肿瘤成分，其中3例合并胚胎性癌，2例合并内胚窦店，2例合并绒毛膜癌，1例会并良性畸胎瘤。Thirty-five cases of intracranial germinoma were clinicopathologically analyzed. The tumor was occured at pineal region,sellar area and third ventricle mostly(82. 8 %, 29/35). Microscopically, the pathological changes were similar to those of testis seminoma of ovatian dysgerminoma and showed positive to PAS staining, but the immunohistochemical staining of β-HCG and AFP were negative. Among these 35 cases, 8 were companied with other tumor cells: 3 caare with embryonal cancer, 2 with endodermal sinus tumor, 2 with choriocarcinoma and I with benign teratoma. In this paper, pathogenesis, morphology and pathological diagnosis of intracranial germinoma were discuased.
