高分级脑胶质瘤综合治疗的循证医学研究进展

摘　　要：高分级胶质瘤是一种常见的原发脑瘤,预后差,综合治疗可以提高其疗效。就目前研究情况来看,对于大多数预后不良的高分级脑胶质瘤,首程尽量完全切除和术后短程放疗被推荐为标准的前期治疗方法,而多疗程的化疗作为后续的治疗手段,疗程的多少要根据患者的体力状况而定;而对存活时间短的少数患者,可实施临终关怀。从循证医学的角度,综述目前高分级脑胶质瘤综合治疗的研究进展。High-grade glioma is a common primary brain tumor with bad prognosis. Synthetic treatment can raise the curative effect. According to the recent research, we recommend maximum safe resection followed by a short course of focal radiotherapy as the standard trentment in the majority of poor-prognosis gliomas. In a small minority to patients with short life expectancy, a more humane approach may offer the best supportive care only. This review sum marizes the advances of synthetic treatment of hlgh-grade cerebral gliomas according to the evidence-based research.
