胃粘膜表面疏水性与幽门螺杆菌感染及前列腺素E_2关系的研究

摘　　要：为了研究胃粘膜表面疏水性在不同胃十二指肠疾病中的变化及其与前列腺素的关系，测定了１２０例胃十二指肠疾病部分患者胃粘膜表面疏水性，分幽门螺杆菌（Ｈｐ）阴性与阳性进行统计学处理及讨论，并测定了３６例Ｈｐ阴性胃粘膜前列腺素Ｅ２（ＰＧＥ２）含量，结果显示：（１）不同胃十二指肠疾病中胃粘膜表面疏水性不同。（２）Ｈｐ可使胃粘膜表面疏水性显著下降。（３）胃粘膜ＰＧＥ２含量在不同的胃炎症性疾病中含量不同，呈显著性差异。而消化性溃疡（ＰＵ）中，ＰＧＥ２含量与慢性浅表性胃炎（ＣＳＧ）比较无显著差异。（４）炎症时胃粘膜表面疏水性与ＰＧＥ２含量呈正相关。In order to study the relationship between the surface hydrophobicity and Hp infection or PGE 2,We measured gastric mucosal hydrophobicity in 120 patients with some kinds of gastroduodenal diseases.The patients were divided in to two groups ,Hp infection and non Hp infection.We also measured gastric mucosal PGE 2 concentrations in 36 patients in non Hp infected group .The results indicated:1.Hydrophobicity was found to be different in different gastroduodenal diseases;2.Hydrophobicity decresing was related to the presence of Hp;3.PGE 2 concentrations were different statisticaly in the three kinds of gastritis .There was no significant difference between PU and CSG;4.hydrophobicity was corelaive with PGE 2 concentrations in chronic gastritis.
