用内镜行胃肠道套叠扭转复位

摘　　要：为了探索用消化内镜进行胃肠道功能性复位的途径，减少剖腹手术复位的数量，对胃食管套叠２例、结肠套叠１３例、胃扭转１０例、结肠扭转９例进行了功能性复位。方法：在内镜下找到套叠、扭转部位，充分抽吸潴留气液，并插入导管／内镜至梗阻腔内吸引，用活检钳整复粘膜皱襞，用内镜钩住胃肠壁或推或拉或左右旋转，配合病人体位转动，即可获得复位成功。复位成功率９４．１１％（３２／３４），回盲部２例巨大淋巴肉瘤连盲肠套入升结肠肝曲复位失败。胃肠道套叠、扭转采用消化内镜复位是切实可行的，只要方法得当，复位成功率很高。To study the methods of endoscopic reduction for digestive tract distortion of intussusception.Intussusception of stomach esophagus(2 cases),gastric distortion(10),colonic distortion(9),and colonic intussusception(13)were treated by endoscopic reduction.inserting endoscope into the diseased region sucking the retained liquid and gas ,rebuilding the plicae of membrane were performed successively ,after hooking the gastric or intestinal wall by endoscope,pulling,pushing or rotating the endoscope and combining with changing the patient’s position.The rate of success was 94 11%(32/34).Endoscopc reduction for gastric and intestinal tract distortion or intussusception is practical measure.
