新疆维族妇女宫颈鳞癌中hTERT p33^(ING1)的相关性探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨p33ING1和hTERT在新疆维族妇女宫颈鳞癌组织中的表达及其相互关系。方法:用免疫组化法检测SCC52例,CIN、CIS35例患者中p33ING1和hTERT表达,并用正常宫颈13例作为对照。结果:1)对照组、CINⅠ+Ⅱ级组、CINⅢ级+CIS组、SCC组p33ING1阳性率分别为84.6%、90.0%、64.0%、19.2%,SCC组阳性表达减少,与前三组有显著性差异(P<0.05);2)四组hTERT阳性率分别为15.4%、70.0%、96.0%、100%,SCC组阳性表达率明显增加,各组比较之间有统计学意义(P<0.05);3)宫颈组织中p33ING1和hTERT阳性表达呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论:新疆维族妇女宫颈癌组织中p33ING1表达减少,而hTERT表达增加,同时检测它们的表达,有助于宫颈癌的早期诊断。Objective： To study the clinical significance of p33ING1 and hTERT protein expression in cervical squamous carcinoma from Uygur females in XinJiang. Methods： Using immunohistochemical staining, the expression level of p33ING1 and hTERT was examined in 52 cases of cervical cancer, 35 cases of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia （CIN） and cancer in situ, and 13 control cases. Results： 1） p33ING1 expression in the control group, the CINⅠ-Ⅱ group, the CINⅢ/CIS group and the SCC group was 84.6%, 90.0%, 64.0%, and 19.2%, respectively. The p33ING1 expression in the SCC group was significantly lower than that in the other groups （P〈0.05）. 2） hTERT expression in the control group, the CINⅠ-Ⅱ group, the CINⅢ/CIS group and the SCC group was 15.4%, 70.0%, 96.0%, and 100%, respectively. The expression of hTERT in the SCC group was significantly higher than that in the. other groups （/9〈0.05）; 3） The expression of p33ING1 is correlated with that of hTERT in cervical tissue , but their expression is not related to tumor differentiation. Conclusion： The expression of p33ING1 in cervical carcinoma is low and the expression of hTERT is high. Detection of p33ING1 and hTERT protein expression may help with early diagnosis of cervical carcinoma in Uygur females in XinJiang.
