摘　　要：在市场经济条件下,高等院校引进外国智力的内涵与外延已发生了深刻的变化,并且正在影响和改变高等院校内部和外部的管理机制。文章从多维的视角,全方位探讨高等院校引进外国智力的内涵和作用,以达到创新管理机制和提高管理水平的目的。Under the condition of market economy, import of foreign intellect in universities has witnessed profound changes both in connotation and extension, which are in turn producing impact on and transforming the interior and outerior management mechanism of universities. This paper is an attempt to, from a multi-dimensional perspective, probe into the implication and function of the import of foreign intellect in universities, so as to promote innovation and improve management.
