摘 要:根据我国高等教育的发展现状提出了多样化的教育质量观,即:不同高等教育发展时期应对应不同的教育质量观,从高等教育的发展来看总体上可分为“合规定性”、“合需要性”、“合创新性”,其对应的教育质量观点从哲学层面上可对应于“知可测论”、“知不可测论”和“不可知论”。我国高等教育的发展历史要求我们应当从我国儒学和“我党教育的思想基础”出发,探索出一种适用于我国高等教育的“新学术主义”和“新人本主义”的教育质量观。On the basis of the current developing situations of the higher education in China, the educational quality concept was put forward, that is, each period of educational development should accord with its relevant quality concept. Overall higher educational quality concept could be divided into three stages: 'rational stipulations', 'rational necessity' and 'rational creation'. The educational quality concept as the philosophic view refers to ' theory of knowable divinability' , ' theory of knowable indeterminism' and ' theory of unknowability'. The history of China' s higher educational development requires a kind of educational concept to be explored based on Confucius theory and CPC' s foundation of educational thoughts, which is accommodate to the ' newly scientism' and ' newly personalism' of higher education .
