摘　　要：我国正在着手对民事诉讼法进行修改,基本原则是民事诉讼法修改的重要内容之一。民事诉讼法基本原则的历史演变与新中国民事诉讼法制的变革是一同展开的。我国现行民事诉讼法基本原则虽在内容和形式上有值得肯定之处,但在立法体例、立法技术、基本内容、价值取向等方面也存在明显缺陷。在对我国民事诉讼法基本原则进行修改的过程中,必须考察我国民事诉讼法的历史演变并对其现状进行恰当的评析。Our country is beginning to the civil procedure law to carry on the revision, the basic principle is one of important contents which the civil procedure law revises. The civil procedure law basic principle historical evolution and the new Chinese civil action legal system transformation is launches together. The our country present civil procedure law basic principle although has in the content and the form is worth the affirmation place, but in aspect and so on legislation style, legislation technology, basic content, value orientation also has the obvious flaw. In carries on the revision to the our country civil procedure law basic principle in the process, must inspect the our country civil procedure law the historical evolution and carries on the appropriate evaluation to its present situation.
