摘　　要：目的探讨EP方案加阿霉素治疗不能手术切除的晚期小细胞肺癌的临床近期疗效。方法选择35例初治不能手术切除的晚期SCLC患者,其中局限期22例,广泛期13例。结果完全缓解17例(48.5%),部分缓解13例(37.1%),总有效率85.7%。结论EP方案加阿霉素治疗小细胞肺癌疗效较好,其有效率较传统EP方案有一定的提高。Objective To investigate the effects of EP regimen combined with adriamycin in the treatment of small cell lung cancer. Methods A total of 35 previously untreated small cell lung cancer patients were included. Among them there were 22 cases at limited stage, and 13 at extensive stage. Results The complete response and partial response numbers were respectively 17 cases （48.5%） and 13 cases （37.1% ） with the overall response rate being 85.7%. Conclusion EP regimen combined with adriamycin showed much higher overall response rate than traditional EP regimen. It might be an effective regimen in the treatment of previously untreated SCLC.
