摘　　要：通过分析全面质量管理与全面创新管理的核心机理,指出二者对提高企业竞争力方面的不同侧重点,利用结构平衡模型建立了企业全面质量管理与全面创新管理的整合模型,最后采用调查问卷的方式对整合模型进行了实证研究,并分析了企业整合后其竞争力的变化情况及整合模型对各自的影响。By analyzing the central mechanism of TQM and TIM, indicating their different keystone in enhancing the company＇s capability of competition and using the SEM model, the conformity model of the TQM and TIM of the company was built to find conformity competitive capability of company which could fit one another in quality control and innovation. And then, the model investigation was used to study and test the conformity model. Based on this, the change in competitive capability and the infection of conformity model in the TQM and TIM were analyzed.
