摘　　要：以“挑战杯”团队为例,在分析团队结构特点和绩效衡量指标的基础上,以Ghoshal对社会资本的定义为架构,界定了大学生创新团队的内部社会资本;以团队与外部实体的联系为架构,界定了团队的外部社会资本;最后分别探讨了大学生创新团队的内外部社会资本与绩效的关系。The article took ＂Challenge Cup＂ as an example of university students＇ innovation team at first, and then analyzed the team＇s structure characteristics and its assessment indexes. The article has defined university students＇ innovation team＇s interhal social capital on the framework of definition of social capital which Ghoshal made, and has defined team＇s external social capital on the framework of relations with external entities. And then the text discussed relation between internal/external social capital and performance of university students＇ innovation team. The text initiated a new angle of view for research on training students＇ creativity and team spirit through meaning of university students＇ innovation team.
