十剂汤联合化疗治疗肺癌临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察十剂汤联合化疗治疗非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的临床疗效。方法:将58例随机分为研究组30例和对照组28例,两组均用相同化疗方案治疗,研究组加用十剂汤治疗。结果:研究组较对照组有效率、细胞免疫状态和生存质量有显著提高。结论:十剂汤联合化疗治疗NSCLC能提高有效率,改善细胞免疫状态。Objective： To observe the clinical therapeutic effect on nonsmall - cell lung cancer （NSCLC） treated by Ten - herb Decoction combined with chemotherapy. Methods： 58 cases were divided into two groups randomly,30 cases as the study group and 28 cases as the control group. Both groups were treated with the same chemotherapy. The study group was treated with Ten - herb Decoction additionally. Results ： The effective rate, cellular immunity and existence quality of the study group is obviously higher than that of the control group. Conclusion： The effective rate could be enhanced and the cellular immunity could be improved when nonsmall - cell lung cancer （NSCLS） is treated with Ten- herb Decoction combined with chemotherapy.
