农民工劳动合同低签订率问题的实证研究

摘　　要：农民工是否与所在企业签订劳动合同,是其维护合法权益的关键一步。对杭州市农民工进行专项调查显示,近60%农民工没有签订劳动合同。农民工是否签订劳动合同与所在企业的性质、人数规模有关,也与企业所在行业有关。应采取措施尽快提高农民工劳动合同的签订率。If enterprises conclude labor contract with migrant workers is one of the important parts of protecting migrant workers＇legal fights. According to a recent survey, about 60% of the migrant workers in Hangzhou city have net concluded labor contract. It is related to the nature and the scale of the enterprises the migrant workers work in, and what industry the enterprises belong to. We should adopt measures to improve the rate of concluding labor contract of migrant workers as soon as possible.
