摘　　要：目的:观察两种不同诊室内漂白剂对釉质晶体结构的影响。方法:将牙釉质片随机分成3组,一组为对照组,余下两组分别用35%过氧化氢和35%过氧化脲处理。用红外光谱仪和X射线衍射仪观察各组釉质的晶体结构。结果:不同组牙釉质的红外光谱和X射线衍射图谱无明显差异。结论:两种诊室内漂白剂对人牙釉质晶体结构无明显影响。Objective： To examine the effects of in - office bleaching agents on the crystalline structure of human enamel. Methods ： Enamel specimens were randomly divided into three groups. Two different in - office bleaching agents were tested. Carbamide peroxide （35%） and hydrogen peroxide （35%） were applied to the specimens according to the manufacturer＇ s instruction. One group served as the control and was kept in distilled water during the test period. Infrared spectroscopy （IR） and X -ray diffraction （XRD） were used to examine the specimens. Results： The IR and XRD spectrum showed little differences among groups. Conclusion： The bleaching agents have little effect on the crystalline structure of the inorganic part of enamel.
