微创去腐与流体树脂联合治疗老年人根面龋的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察临床应用伢典微创去腐与流体树脂联合治疗老年人根面龋的效果。方法:门诊老年根面龋患者168例,随机分为伢典治疗组78例,对照组90例,分别采用伢典凝胶与常规去龋,流体树脂充填,比较患者的感受,治疗半年、1年后的治疗效果。结果:伢典微创去腐的患者疼痛不明显,老年人易接受,但费时;流体树脂充填成功率较高。结论:伢典微创去龋与流体树脂联合应用不失为一种好方法。Objective： To evaluate the clinical effect of Carisolv for Chemo - Mechanical debridment combining with Tetric Flow Ivoelar for the elder＇ s root caries. Methods： 168 elderly patients with root caries were randomly divided into two groups： Carisolv group had 78 cases and control group had 90 cases. Root carious lesion was removed with Carisolv or traditional drilling respectively. Both were filled with Tetric flow resin. Patient＇ s perception, and clinical efficacy after half a year or one year＇s wear compared. Results： All patients in the Carisolv group found the treatment pain-free. The elder were easy to accept but the average treatment time was longer than conventional treatment. Tetric flow resin was found with higher success rate. Conclusion： Carisolv for Chemo- Mechanical debridment combining with Tetric Flow resin is a good method for the elder＇s root caries.
