摘　　要：以某轻型汽车后桥壳为例，运用工程疲劳寿命估算与道路模拟疲劳试验相结合的方法，给出了该后桥壳基于海南汽车试验场可靠性试验道路行驶载荷条件下所得到的疲劳寿命概率分布。最后，运用等损伤原理。Probability distribution of fatigue service life of a certain light truck rear axle housing,which is taken as an example,based on the condition of reliability road test load in the Hainan proving ground has been given out by means of engineering estimation of fatigue service life and simulated road fatigue test combined.Then by using the theory of equal damage,the equivalent relation between current fatigue rig test method for motor vehicle front and rear axle in this country and fatigue life of road test in the Hainan proving ground is discussed.
