摘  要:目的:探讨脑梗死患者的血小板活化及血小板功能的变化与意义。方法:用流式细胞仪测定56例脑梗死患者及20例正常对照组外周血血小板活化指标P选择素(CD62P)和溶酶体蛋白(CD63)的表达,同时用玻球法测定血小板黏附率(PAdT);用多智能血液凝集仪检测血小板聚集率(PagT)。结果:脑梗死患者急性期CD62P、CD63、PAdT及PagT较对照组以及恢复期患者显著升高(P<0.01);2周后血小板活化指标CD62P和CD63明显下降,但较对照组高;PAdT和PagT均降至正常水平。结论:脑梗死患者的血小板大量激活及血小板黏附率和血小板聚集率的升高参与了脑梗死的病理过程,血小板膜糖蛋白CD62P和CD63比PadT和PagT更准确地反映脑梗死的病情程度。Objective: To investigate the significance of platelet activation and the changes of platelet function in patients with cerebral infarction. Methods: Selectin P (CD62P) and lysosome membrane protein(CD63)of platelet activation were detected, by flow cytometry, in 56 patients with cerebral infarction and 20 heath control, respectively. Platelet adhesion rate (PADT) was examined by glass ball method. Platelet agglutination rate(PAGT) was assayed by multi-intelligence blood agglutination analyzer. Resuits. CD62P,CD63 ,PADT and PAGT in patients with acute cerebral infarction were higher than that of in heath subjects and in recovered patients from cerebral infarction. CD62P and CD63 were significantly decreased in two weeks, but they were higher compared with controls, while PADT and PAGT were normal in two weeks. Conclusion. Platelet activation and the increase of PADT and PAGT were involved in the pathogenensis of cerebral infarction. The platelet membrane glycoprotein CD62P and CD63 can reflect the severity of disease more exactly than PADT and PAGT.
