白内障人工晶状体植入术预防医院感染的探讨

摘　　要：目的：探讨预防白内障人工晶状体植入术医院感染的方法。方珐：对1999年1月～2005年12月收治于眼科进行白内障人工晶状体植入术817例（1012眼）进行回顾性调查分析。结果：817例（1012眼）白内障人工晶状体植入术中，无一例医院感染病例发生；术后视力≥0．5，占93．25％。结论：加强眼科内眼手术的医院感染管理对保证眼科手术效果及预防医院感染极为重要且有效。Objective： To investigate the method of preventing hospital infection on account of cataract intraocular lens implanting. Methods： The total 817 cases of the patients with cataract（1 012 eyes ）under the treatment in ophthalmology department were retrospectively analyzed from Jan. 1999 to Dec. 2005. Results： No one eye was suffering from hospital infection and the post-operative vision of 93.25% eyes was above 0. 5. Conclusion： It is important and effective to strengthen the conservation of hospital infection related to the internal ocular operation in ophthalmology department and to ensure the effects of these operations.
