功能性消化不良与睡眠障碍:一项病例对照研究

摘　　要：目的了解睡眠障碍在功能性消化不良(FD)的发生状况及相关特点。方法用睡眠评价表比较128名FD患者及按1∶1随机配对的同性别、年龄±3岁的“健康”对照者的睡眠状况。结果FD、FD动力障碍样亚型的患者具有睡眠障碍者显著多于相应的对照组(FD和对照组49.22%和33.59%,χ2=6.44P<0.01;FD动力障碍样亚型和对照组55.74%和37.70%,χ2=3.98P<0.05);FD与对照组人均具有睡眠障碍表现形式的数量上分别为1.64±1.01、1.44±0.87(U=1.27,P>0.05),而在FD严重程度与睡眠障碍表现形式的数量之间也无相关性(r=0.40,P>0.05)。结论近一半的FD及一半以上的FD动力障碍样亚型患者具有睡眠障碍,但睡眠障碍表现形式的数量与对照人群类似,且FD症状的严重程度也与表现形式的数量多少无关。Objective The aims of this study were to determine the prevalence and clinical characteristics of sleep disturbances （SD） in patients with functional dyspepsia （FD）. Methods One hundred and twenty eight FD patients （73 males, 55 females, mean age 48.23 years） and 128 age （ ±3 year） and sex matched healthy subjects（mean age 50.02 years）were investigated using sleep questionnaires. FD was subdivide into following symptom subgroups： ulcerlike,dysmotility-like, unspecified. Severity of FD was also assessed as follows： mild, moderate and severe. Results FD and dysmotility like FD patients had higher prevalence of SD as compared with control subjects （49. 22% vs 33.59% ,x^2 =6.44 P 〈0.01 ;55.74% vs 37.70% , x^2 =3.98 P 〈0.05）, no significant differences in the numbers of SD pattern between FD patients and control subjects （1.64 ± 1.01 and 1.44 ± 0.87, U = 1.27 P 〉 0.05 ） , and no sig- nificant correlation between the severe grade of FD and the numbers of SD pattern （r = 0.40, P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion More than half of FD and dysmotility-like FD patients have SD. However, the mean numbers of SD pattern has no difference between FD patients and control subjects, and there was no significant correlation between the severe grade of FD and the numbers of SD pattern.
