摘 要:盾构始发预加固范围的确定,一则是沿隧道纵向的加固范围确定,二则是盾构径向加固范围的确定。围绕纵向与径向加固范围的确定,结合相关理论分析和具体工程实例并应用三维有限差分程序,对不同的加固范围的始发掘进进行模拟分析。首先根据无预加固时盾构始发开挖模拟的破坏场、应力场、位移场并结合工程经验和相关理论分析,大致确定出需要加固的范围。然后在此加固范围基础上增大和缩小加固范围,对不同的加固范围进行模拟始发开挖,从破坏场、应力场、位移场方面出发,确定合理加固范围的数值解。并以此找出加固范围和加固效果的定性关系,以作为类似盾构始发工程预加固范围的参考,并为盾构始发预加固工程提供思路。For shield excavation the scope of reinforcement is determined either in vertical direction along the tunnel or in radial direction at its starting position. Aiming at the determination of the scope of vertical and radial reinforcement, this study adopts three - dimensional finite differential program to make analysis of initial excavating of different reinforcement scopes based on theoretical analysis and case study. First, the scope of reinforcement is defined roughly according to disruption field, stress field and displacement field simulated in initial excavating without pre - reinforcement, based on engineering experiences and theoretical analysis. Then, by simulating of initial excavating for enlarged and narrowed scope, a numerical solution of reasonable reinforcement scope is determined according to disruption field, stress field and displacement field. At last, the relationship between scope and effect of reinforcement is obtained, and the function curve is derived, which are expected to serve as reference for pre - reinforcement scope of similar initial field projects and provide perspectives for initial field pre - reinforcement projects.
